A free Quizlet alternative, with Learn mode
Crammed is a free flashcard site built around the study modes people used Quizlet for. Learn mode costs nothing, your Quizlet sets come across in one drop, and there are no ads.
Start studying freeWhat you get, free
- Learn mode. Rounds of multiple choice, then typing, until every card is mastered. Missed cards come back until you get them.
- Your Quizlet sets, imported in one drop. Pictures included.
- Flashcards, with read-aloud in the set's language.
- Gravity is back. Definitions fall toward Earth; type the term before they land. More about Gravity.
- Export any set, any time, with no account needed.
- Links that never break. A set's link keeps working, even if you delete it from your library.
- No ads, and no AI-written cards. Every card is written by a person.
How to move your Quizlet sets
- Open the set on Quizlet.
- Choose Print, and save it as a PDF.
- On Crammed, choose Import and drop in the PDF.
The terms and definitions come across as they were. You can also paste text copied from Quizlet's Export, a spreadsheet, or any typed list.

Questions
- Is Crammed really free?
- Yes. Learn mode, Flashcards, Gravity, importing and exporting are all free. Nothing in Crammed charges anyone today, and Learn mode is promised free for good.
- Do I need an account?
- You can write or import a set without one. Studying asks for a free account, so your progress follows you between your laptop and your phone.
- Does Crammed use AI?
- No AI writes, summarises or grades your cards. The one place AI is used is choosing which of your own terms make the most useful wrong answers in Learn's multiple choice.
- Who made Crammed?
- Crammed is built independently by one student who missed what Quizlet used to be. It is not part of a big company.
